- 1 Cup Vegetable shortening
- 1 Cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Cup Vegetable oil can use canola or sunflower oil
Mix vegetable shortening, flour, and vegetable oil together in a bowl.
Whisk until everything is smooth. You can also use a hand mixer or a stand mixer if it is easier for you.
When everything is combined and smooth, transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
You can keep the mixture in the pantry for up to 3 months or in the fridge for up to 6 months.
