  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are roughly the same size for even cooking.

  • In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to a few hours.

  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving some space between pieces. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the skewers for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked. For stainless steel pans, lightly brush with oil before cooking.
