This edible cookie dough is soft, smooth, and easy to make! It is 100% safe to eat it raw, you can also bake it into eggless cookies!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1/3 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles as much as you like

Instructions
 

  • Spread the flour on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 165°C (329°F) for 10 minutes to heat-treat it. Let it cool completely.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Add milk and whisk again to create a creamy consistency.
  • Sift the cooled flour into the bowl and fold gently until fully combined.
  • Mix in chocolate chips and sprinkles, adjusting the amount to your preference.
  • Enjoy as is with a spoon or shape into 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized balls. Optional: coat them in melted chocolate or roll them in sprinkles for decoration.
