Cut the chicken breasts into cubes for easy threading onto skewers.
In a bowl, combine the chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp grated garlic. Mix to coat evenly.
Thread the seasoned chicken onto skewers and grill in a preheated pan, on medium heat, for 6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in the microwave, then stir in 1 tsp grated garlic, chopped fresh parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Brush the chicken skewers with the garlic butter (or spoon it on) and grill for 1 more minute on each side to soak in the flavor.
