Ingredients

  • 300 g Cold Meats (Divided into 2 or 3 types of meats)
  • 4 to 5 Types of Cheese (Hard and soft cheeses)
  • Nuts (Of your choice)
  • Fruits (Of your choice)

Instructions

  • Place your soft cheeses like Boursin and Brie on the board first. The placement depends on the types of cheeses you’re using and the shape of your board.
  • Cut all cheeses except Boursin to keep the board less messy and make it easier for guests to grab what they like. This also helps you store leftovers instead of throwing them away.
  • Once the soft cheeses are in place, add cut hard cheeses like Gouda and similar varieties.
  • Fill the gaps with cold meats. Use about 300g in total, dividing into 2 or 3 types. If you are using 2 types, that would be 150g per type, and if you are using 3 types, that would be 100g each.
  • Now that the cheeses and meats are placed, fill the small gaps with your choice of fruits and nuts; you can go with grapes, figs, dried figs, whatever you like! Same for the nuts, use the type you like.
  • Optional: Place small bowls of jam or other spreads to complement the cheeses and meats.
