Nutella lovers, this is your moment. A no-bake tiramisu with no eggs, extra creamy layers, and ready in 15 minutes. You need to try this twist on a classic.
Brew your coffee first so it has time to cool. Hot coffee will melt the cream later.In a large bowl, add cold mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, Nutella, and cold cream. Mix on low, then increase speed until stiff peaks form. This takes around 3 minutes. Don’t over-mix or it can turn grainy.
Set the cream aside. Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow bowl. Dip each ladyfinger for a second on each side and layer them in your dish to create the first layer.
Drizzle some Nutella sauce (you will need 2 tbsp Nutella + 2 tbsp milk microwaved for 15 seconds and mixed).Add half the Nutella cream and gently smooth it out.
Add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers, more Nutella sauce, then the rest of the cream. Smooth the top until you are satisfied with the result.
Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.Before serving, dust with cocoa powder. I also drizzled Nutella on top for extra flavor, optional but delicious.

I used a 25 x 18 cm dish (that is 9.8 in × 7.1) and it fit 21 ladyfingers. You can use a larger dish with the same amount of cream, if you are using a smaller dish, I would suggest reducing the amount of cream.
