Nutella Tiramisu

Nutella lovers, this is your moment. A no-bake tiramisu with no eggs, extra creamy layers, and ready in 15 minutes. You need to try this twist on a classic.

Ingredients
  

For the Nutella Tiramisu

  • Cups Cold whipping cream (325g)
  • 225 g Mascarpone
  • 6 Tbsp Granulated Sugar (77g)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (3g)
  • ¼ Cup Nutella
  • 1 Cup Brewed Coffee
  • 21 Ladyfingers (Read note below)
  • Cocoa powder (to dust)

For the Nutella Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Brew your coffee first so it has time to cool. Hot coffee will melt the cream later.
    In a large bowl, add cold mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, Nutella, and cold cream. Mix on low, then increase speed until stiff peaks form. This takes around 3 minutes. Don’t over-mix or it can turn grainy.

  • Set the cream aside. Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow bowl. Dip each ladyfinger for a second on each side and layer them in your dish to create the first layer.

  • Drizzle some Nutella sauce (you will need 2 tbsp Nutella + 2 tbsp milk microwaved for 15 seconds and mixed).
    Add half the Nutella cream and gently smooth it out.

  • Add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers, more Nutella sauce, then the rest of the cream. Smooth the top until you are satisfied with the result.

  • Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Before serving, dust with cocoa powder. I also drizzled Nutella on top for extra flavor, optional but delicious.

  • I used a 25 x 18 cm dish (that is 9.8 in × 7.1) and it fit 21 ladyfingers. You can use a larger dish with the same amount of cream, if you are using a smaller dish, I would suggest reducing the amount of cream.
