A recipe for salmon, made in the oven, baked to perfection with a crispy outside, a tender and juicy inside, and covered with a delicious Chimichurri sauce!
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel. If using frozen salmon, make sure it is fully thawed before drying.
Place the salmon on a baking dish lined with baking paper. Sprinle a pinch of salt on the filet, don't add too much as the sauce already has salt in it. Brush it with chimichurri sauce, leaving some sauce for serving, and sprinkle with salt.
Bake the salmon at 450°F (230°C) for 10–15 minutes. Then broil for 5 minutes to achieve a slightly crisp finish.
