Ingredients
  

  • 1 Baguette about 15 sliced pieces
  • 1 Burrata
  • Arugula (to taste)
  • Honey (to drizzle, to taste)
  • 75 g Cured Meat such as prosciutto, salami...

Instructions
 

  • Slice the baguette into pieces (medium thickness, not too thin and not too thick), place them on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. You can use a brush, a olive oil spray bottle, or simply drizzle the olive oil.

  • Toast in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden and crisp, this takes about 8–10 minutes.

  • Spread a dollop of burrata on each toasted baguette slice, then layer with rocket leaves and a slice of cured meat. Drizzle each crostini with honey to taste, and serve immediately.
