Ingredients

  • 120 g Condensed Milk (⅓ cup + 1 Tbsp)
  • 50 g Chocolate
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the condensed milk and chocolate. If you're using a chocolate bar, chop it into small pieces first so it melts evenly. If you're using chocolate chips, just add them as is. Give it a quick mix.

  • Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds. Take it out and give it a good stir. The chocolate will have started to melt.

  • Put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds. When you take it out, the top might look a little dry or crusted, don’t worry that is totally normal! Just stir it well and a bit fast. It will come together into a smooth, glossy sauce.

  • Add the vanilla, mix again, and pour the fudge sauce into a clean jar. You can use it right away or let it cool and store it for later.
