This pumpkin shaped Boursin cheese is an easy fall or Halloween appetizer. A creamy cheese ball shaped like a pumpkin, coated in crushed nachos, and served with crackers.
Place the Boursin on cling film and wrap it loosely. Shape it into a ball with your hands, then wrap string around it to make pumpkin ridges. Pull gently so you get the shape but not so hard that the cheese comes out.
Put the cheese ball in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so it firms up. You can also chill it in the freezer for a few minutes, just don’t let it freeze or the texture will change. Remove the strings and cling film once it is set.
Roll the cheese ball in crushed nachos until it is fully coated. Carefully stick the cinnamon stick in the middle. Set it on a serving plate, surround it with crackers or bread, and serve.
