Ingredients

  • 1 Boursin Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Crushed Nachos (Or other chips)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (for decoration)
  • Crackers or bread of your choice

Instructions

  • Place the Boursin on cling film and wrap it loosely. Shape it into a ball with your hands, then wrap string around it to make pumpkin ridges. Pull gently so you get the shape but not so hard that the cheese comes out.

  • Put the cheese ball in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so it firms up. You can also chill it in the freezer for a few minutes, just don’t let it freeze or the texture will change. Remove the strings and cling film once it is set.
